Hi everyone!
How's everyone's summer going so far? I've been studying for my licensure exam lately, so I've been a bit occupied, but I still try to get out at whatever chance I could get. Over the weekend, I went out to Long Island, and boy what a pleasant surprise it was! I randomly google searched great beaches in Long Island, found good reviews on Robert Moses Beach, and upon that I decided to go.
Great plan of action it was. Robert Moses Beach was beautiful.. The water was clear, without any algae. The sand was a bit rocky, but it wasn't too bad. When I went out to catch some waves, I got some cuts from catching some waves, but overall it was worth all the bloody fun! Another great feature of Robert Moses Beach was the lovely boardwalk that was paved all around. I walked to the tip of the island, and caught the beautiful sunset which casted a pink sun and mystically colored sky. The sight was breathtaking. I'm so glad I went. It was my first time at the beach this summer, and boy do I cherish the moment dearly.
